We’ve transformed the entire Virgin Trains CRM programme to create an ongoing suite of emails that build the brand, put bums on seats, and even get Tweeted about. 

They're our bread and butter, so we know how to make them work from subject line right through to CTA. We also know when to dial up the creative and TOV, and when to strip it back.
